How to Upgrade to Lollipop :
- Please make sure update software version V11.10.7.17 first before update to software version V12.2.2.13 (lollipop)
- Download V11.10.7.17 from Here
- For V11.10.7.17 which you download from above, put the file to the device root directory directly.
- For V12.2.2.13 which you download from below then put the file to the device root directory / Internal Storage
