[ROM] Zenfone 4 A400CG AOSP by X Anwar WJr

Download Files :

  1. philz recovery installer : http://www.mediafire.com/…/c7…/T00i_Phillz_recovery_sign.apk
  2. link ROM : https://drive.google.com/folderview…
  3. adbtools : http://www.mediafire.com/…/p8449…/Root_V2_Zenfone+4_T001.rar

Instructions :

  1. Install Philz APK
  2. Backup Data with TitaniumBackup (If you need to)
  3. Extract ADB tools, ROM and Place all Files to ADB Folder
  4. Go to Philz (Reboot Zenfone 4 and hold volume +/- then you will enter philz recovery)
  5. At Philz Recovery choose Wipe and Format Options > Custom Format Options > Format Data
  6. Choose Power Options > Reboot Bootloader
  7. Connect your Zenfone 4 with PC/Laptop
  8. At ADB Folder Press Shift + Right Click and choose Open Command Here
  9. At Command Terminal Type This (Make Sure you place all files you need at ADB Folder) :
    10. -> fastboot flash boot boot.img (enter)
    -> fastboot flash system system.img (enter) (wait until finish )
    -> fastboot continue (enter)
  10. Done

Update:

  1. Download Update https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_qQULhmnkV1WGVUV0Y1bzJncnM/view?usp=sharing
  2. Download update and place it to ADB folder, connect zenfone 4 with PC, enter fastboot and open cmd (at ADB Folder Press shift+right click > open command here) then type fastboot flash system system.img.gz then wait until complete
  3. At Philz Recovery choose Wipe and Format Options > Custom Format Options > Format Data
  4. Bug fix:  fix ram system management, rollback gapps 4.4.x, rollback app original aosp, include CWM based system, sound fix, gps, camera, etc  bugs : mp3 at external sd can't play, bluetooth force close

Known Bugs (without update) :

  1. Contact no Scanning
  2. Signal not Automatically Selected
  3. Camera blured
  4. Bluetooth Force Close
  5. Some Gapps FC but you can update at Playstore
